Our company has subsidiary companies of Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Works Company, Hubei Xinyegang Co., Ltd. and Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Tongling Xinyaxing Coking Co., Ltd. Our company has the annual production capacity of 9 million tons of steel products now. We also possess advanced world level technology and facilities. In March 2008, through asset acquisition of Tongling Yaxing Coking Co., Ltd. and pollution treatment project, Anhui Tongling Xinyaxing Coking Co., Ltd., a large-scale specialized and modernized comprehensive coking company, was set up with an annual production capacity of 2.2 million tons of tamping cokes and other derived products, optimizing the group's resource allocation.
